During residence periods, a typical day will look something like this:

  • 8:00-9:30 am Session I: Relevant Costs for Decision Making with Bruce Behn
  • 9:30-9:45 am Break
  • 9:45-11:15 am Session II: Lessons in Leadership with Alex Miller
  • 11:15-11:30 am Break
  • 11:30 am-1:00 pm Session III: Talent Management with Lane Morris
  • 1:00-2:00 pm Lunch
  • 2:00-3:30 pm Session IV: Value-Based Management with Jim Wansley
  • 3:30-3:45 pm Break
  • 3:45-5:15 pm Session V: Customer Value Delivery with Amy Cathey
  • 6:30-8:00 pm Dinner at Local Restaurant

Some evenings will require group work or other class preparation. Although the nature of the program dictates an intense schedule, an effort is made to balance class sessions, group interaction, and a need for down time when possible.
