The EMBA program at UT meant a great deal to me and my employer.

For my employer there was a significant payoff. The Corporate Action Plan created value for my organization that could be demonstrated through enhancing our ROA. The lessons learned in analyzing our competitive position, implementation of a Balanced Scorecard, and scenario development will have long-term implications for improving our strategic planning process.

From a personal perspective, the payoffs were huge. My professional career path was enhanced. The Leadership Development Program was critical in making me more aware of the effectiveness of my leadership. The lessons learned will aid me in improving my leadership skills so others can follow me with confidence. The emphasis on "values" and "enabling" taught me lessons that are not only applicable in work, but in every facet of my life.

The faculty gave my classmates and me an unexpected amount of one-on-one attention that made the experience something that was more than exposure to ideas. They made the concepts come alive in each of us. The faculty is world-class. They have a unified vision and commitment to educating executives.

I am grateful for the opportunity to have participated in this wonderful program. It would be hard for me to envision a program that would be more well-rounded and concentrate as much learning in such a short amount of time. No one could get more from an investment.
